The pressures which for some time now have been affecting
the energy sector in Italy are causing an evolutionary impact
on energy markets. New scenarios are being delineated, underpinned by innovative market based mechanisms which aim at reconciling energy efficiency goals and diversification
of renewable sources with others of environment preservation.
This research – using a multidimensional approach: normative, economic and social – analyses the role of green certificates
and the different measures to sustain development
of renewable energy sources.
